
Thousands of Australians experience workplace bullying but their claims are often dismissed

When Krystal* started a new job at a national recruitment agency, she thought she was moving up the career ladder.

But seven months later the once-confident employee could hardly sleep and was having panic attacks on her way to work.
Krystal said she was the victim of workplace bullying by a senior employee.
"It was like you were going to work with Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde … not knowing who you were going to get on that particular day," she said.
