COVID Vaccination Status
The question facing many of our colleagues, friends and family is 'should I have to give up my personal information to the employer, else face disciplinary action or even dismissal?'
The Office of the Information Commissioner says simply 'Consent must be freely given and constitute valid consent. This means that your employer cannot pressure or intimidate you to provide information about your vaccination status where they are relying on your consent as the lawful basis for collecting it."

In short, you can take from that, employers cannot pressure you with threats of dismissal or other such pressures to force you to give up the information.
